Law Enforcement Requests

Request Requirements:

1. Official Request: Requests must be sent on the official letterhead of the respective law enforcement agency and signed by an authorized individual. Submission Channels 1.1. Electronic Submission A scanned copy of the written request must be sent to the Compliance Department via email for initial review and documentation purposes. 1.2. Hardcopy Submission Simultaneously, a hardcopy of the written request must be dispatched through a reputable postal services provider to the Chancellery of Onyx Trade Ltd. at the following address:55/22 Mangilik El Avenue, Astana city, Republic of Kazakhstan, postcode Z05T3F5 (Mon-Fri 09:00 -18:00 Astana time).

2. Content of the Request: The request should include all necessary information, including:

• Full name and position of the person making the request.
• Contact details for follow-up.
• A clear description of the requested information and the basis for the request.
• A copy of the court order or other legal document supporting the request (if applicable).

3. Language of the Request: Requests can be made in Kazakh, Russian or English languages.
